If you click on the 'Science and Social Studies' link, you will see that I have posted the 5th grade state report pdf. Please take a second to download and save. The state report will be due during learning period 9. This allows students time to complete the project. My best advice is to have your child complete a few pages a week until the due date, as there are quite a few items to research. At the end of learning period 5, the students completed a geography project. This was a way to get students interested about their particular state, and hopefully is a great start off point to their actual state report. Please let me know if there are any questions.
